1.Definition Phase : Functional Consultants prepare the sample structure or blue print with business information
2.Operational Analysis Phase : Functional Consultants prepare BR100 (Business Requirement Document).
3.Solution Design Phase : Functional Consultants create MD50 (Functional Document) using BR100 (Business Requirement Document).
4.Build Phase : Technical Consultants develops (write code) and unit test (test developed code) the Object and document it as MD70 (Technical Document) using MD50 (Functional Document).
5.Transition Phase : Functional Consultant does SIT (System Integration Testing) and train the user on that ,then user does the (User Acceptance Testing) and satisfies with the product ,it is a Sign Off.
6.Production Phase : Load the Project to the server at client place.
