To create a drop ship order the item should be setup as below.
Navigation: Inventory >Items >Organization Items
Select the organization.Click OK.
OK.
Enter Item Number click Find button
Main:
Item Status should be active.
Inventory
Purchasing
Receiving
General Planning
Order Management
